About me

I am a detail-oriented and systems-driven Executive Assistant VA from the Philippines with 5+ years of combined experience in executive support, laboratory operations, documentation, and workflow improvement. My background combines scientific precision, high-level administrative support, and a growing specialization in digital operations and process automation.

Before transitioning into the VA space, I served as Executive Support Specialist for the Office of the CEO at Vivant Corporation — coordinating 40+ weekly meetings, managing complex travel logistics, routing 50+ sensitive documents weekly, and building two automated internal systems that eliminated 100% of manual tracking for CEO interactions and financial workflows. Prior to that, I spent 3+ years at UP Manila maintaining zero non-conformance findings during ISO 9001:2015 external audits as the Unit Document Custodian.

What sets me apart is that I don't just complete tasks — I build the systems behind them. I look for ways to make recurring work more organized, efficient, and easier to manage over time.
