This page is the system-level reference for Toolkit listings in Deal Studio — fields, pipelines, automations, and DealBuilder mechanics. It complements the Toolkit Manager hub, which covers the operational "how to do the job" side.

1. Listing Trigger & Creation

When agreement is signed + payment is received, Deal Studio fires the listing creation automation:

⚠️ Open: If Listing Type is blank at creation, downstream automations should pause and notify Admin Team. Confirm safeguard.


2. Listing Type & Routing

The Listing Type field is the master switch that determines whether a listing follows Toolkit workflows or Full Service workflows. Set on creation, rarely changed.

⚠️ Open: Confirm whether the Client Manager field is the right slot for Toolkit Manager assignment, or whether a separate Toolkit Manager field should exist.
