Hi {{contact.first_name}}, thanks for listing your business for sale. It’s a big step and we don’t take it lightly. Below are the next steps to start the process.
First, please complete your Listing Onboarding Questionnaire here:

This form gives us the key details we need to build your marketing material (CIM) and begin positioning your business to buyers. Our team will begin working on backend setup tasks right away, but we cannot fully start the onboarding process until this questionnaire is completed.
Second, we have included the Toolkit Manager on this email. They will be your client manager moving forward and, after onboarding is completed, your main point of contact.
The Toolkit Manager will reach out and ask to schedule the Seller Interview Q and A Zoom. This is an important part of the CIM, so we recommend getting it scheduled as soon as possible.
That said, if scheduling the interview takes time, we will not delay marketing your business. We will move forward with your listing and update the CIM with the interview details once it is completed.
