- Start, modify, and close checks accurately
- Apply discounts, comps, and voids according to policy
- Process payments, tips, and receipts
- Handle common edge cases at the table and the bar

Expectations — 1 min
- Complete the assigned Toast Classroom module before your first solo shift
- Capture any questions and review with your trainer at the end of training
- If anything in the handheld doesn’t match the video, defer to current house procedure and confirm with the MoD
