I’m not a governance expert, but I’ve had a look through a good few documents online that others have made, and found a few that I really like, that I think are excellent starting places.

I would still recommend asking yourself these questions before kicking off the development of your own policy (AI policy is not really something you can “set and forget”), and also using this tool to tweak it to your own organisation’s context. Then, review, review, review — probably every 3 months initially.
