Executive Committee
Youth Adviser
- Role: Provides guidance and support to the youth ministry, ensuring alignment with the church's mission.
- Checklist:

- Role: Leads the committee, overseeing all activities and facilitating collaboration among members.

Vice President

Secretary
- Role: Manages meeting notes, documentation, and communication within the committee, transitioning to digital records.

- [ ] Utilize Notion for digital records; if the network is unavailable, use printed versions or the Blue Book and transfer to Notion later.
- [ ] Summarize minutes and send to the group chat after each meeting.
- [ ] Maintain an organized filing system for documents.

Assistant Secretary
- Role: Supports the secretary in administrative tasks and maintains records.
- Checklist:
- [ ] Assist in preparing meeting agendas and minutes.
- [ ] Help manage communication and documentation.
- [ ] Take notes in the secretary's absence.
- [ ] Organize files and records.

Financial Secretary
- Role: Handles financial records and transactions, ensuring transparency and accountability, facilitates sales and fundraising initiatives, and reporting financial updates.

- [ ] Assist in budgeting for events and programs.
- [ ] Facilitates sales for the stickers, and merch
- [ ] Prepare and present financial reports at meetings and events

Treasurer
- Role: Oversees the budget and manages fundraising efforts; helps manage inventory when the logistics coordinator is unavailable.

Creative Head (Media Creatives Head)
- Role: Oversees creative projects, ensuring alignment with branding and ministry goals.
- Checklist:

Public Relations Officer (PRO)
- Role: Manages communication efforts within the Media and Publication Committee.
- Checklist:

Logistics Coordinator
- Role: Organizes resources, materials, and venues for events.
- Checklist:
“Commit your work to the Lord, and your plans will be established.” — Proverbs 16:3
