To ensure our staffing plan aligns with our enrollment numbers each term we use two strategies: (1) Rolling Admissions and (2) Bench Hiring.

❇️ Rolling Admissions

Throughout the open application period, we review applications as they are submitted. We then begin admitting Tech Fellows in weekly, time-sensitive small batches.

For Fall 2025, our first batch of soft offers will go out August 11, 2025 5:00 PM (PDT). We’ll continue to send out batched offers each week until September 1, 2025 5:00 PM (PDT) or until all TF spots have been filled.

📌 Check the email you applied with each Monday

Applicants have only 24 hours to take action at each step in the onboarding process. If you are not able to take the specified actions within the provided timeline, for any reason, your current offer will close, and may or may not be reopened, pending role availability.

While we know receiving an offer is exciting, we don’t want applicants to worry about their status while offers are still being processed, and we are not able to field questions about specific applications.

❇️ Bench Hiring

In addition to rolling admissions, we employ a bench roster to help our organization better align staffing with our enrollment.
