General Rules

All artworks made by Arondyte are NOT allowed to be used in any blockchain-related technology including NFTs and/or any form of cryptocurrency and is NOT ALLOWED to be used for any kind of AI training.

There is a chance I might decline an order if the character is someone I cannot draw well, every commission is influenced by my style strengths, and preferences (read below at do's & don'ts).

I do not accept commission with only descriptions as reference, please provide visual reference(s).

All commissions that are used for YouTube, Twitch, or any broadcasting platform or any promotional means through social media will be charged a commercial fee. Clients are prohibited to use personal-use artwork for commercial use unless has been discussed beforehand.

Commercial and Personal use

✦ Personal Use

Fanart and OC commissions may be used for personal purposes such as:

• Printing for yourself or gift for friends (is ok!) | freebies also ok!
• Sharing on social media
• Using as profile pictures / banners / etc.

✦ Commercial Use

• Allowed only for original characters or original IP.
• Commercial / monetized content usage price: 45% of total order price.
• Merchandising price: 2x base rate (200%).
• Vtubers / Indie IP are allowed for commercial use only if the agency representative or creator orders the commission directly.

✦ Private Commission

• You may request the artwork not to be uploaded publicly (private commission or delayed posting).
• No extra fee, unless stated on certain commission menus.

I reserve the rights to create and sell my own canon character merchandise, and I do not offer canon character commissions for resale or merchandising, unless it’s for an official or collaborative project. Fanart is allowed for personal use only (e.g., printing for yourself, sharing privately, gifting, etc.).

Notes: Vtuber and Indie IP is still allowed for using my services for commercial (content or merchandising) if the agency/vtuber itself was the one who ordered. Please contact me!

Q: Can i ask you not to upload the commission as sample? (Private Commission)

A: Sure, you can ask for private commission or postponing for uploads, any additional price(s) that will be charged for private commissions is listed in each commission listings.

Workflow

ETA for each commission is available their respective menu. Please check the description of each commission type before proceeding!

✦ Commission Progress

1. Reference + Down Payment (if partial payments are available)
2. Sketch → Revision (max 3 minor–moderate) → 2nd Payment
3. Lineart & Base Color → Revision (max 3 minor)
4. Finishing → Revision (max 3 minor)

Finished files will be delivered digitally via VGen if ordered on-site, or Gmail/Google Drive link if ordered through DMs.

Cancellation during waiting list or before i work with the sketch is OK! Cancellation during the work progress will be charged depending on the progress (partial refund)

✦ Revisions and Request

After sketch approval:

• Max 3x minor–moderate revisions during sketching phase
• Moderate revisions are no longer allowed after sketch, only minor revisions
• Color adjustment or fine-tuning may exceed the revision limit (I’ll follow your instructions even if it’s more than 3 times—still counted as minor).

Q: Is major revision (i.e : changing poses entirely in illustration commissions) allowed?

A: It is allowed ONLY on sketching phase. But major revision might be charged an extra fee depending on difficulty and it will affect the ETA (makes delivery slower since I have to re-do the entire sketch and it will affect other waitlist too).

Do and Dont’s

I’ll work with anything except the dont’s. Please refrain from requesting sensitive content for the commission request.

Payments

Here are the available payment method for my commission service :

1. BCA Transfer (Preferred)
2. Paypal (Preferred)
3. Bank Jago Transfer

Some things to note :

• For USD Commissions, upfront payment is a must for any transactions below $100 USD
• I will start working only when payment(s) have been made
• Only participate in any transaction if you can pay off your ability. Chargebacks against us due to irresponsible buying will automatically result in a permanent blacklist.

Copyrights and Crediting

Arondyte as the artist has full claim of the artwork's creation credit. The commissioner has has ownership of the artwork, but Arondyte as the artist retain rights to the credits and publishing rights to post the artwork in our personal portfolio & social media with watermark(s) unless an NDA has been signed/discussed (in which an extra fee will be charged if applicable).
