What Is the Playbook?

The Playbook continues to be a rule-based framework designed to manage chef subscription slot allocation based on performance.

Starting in Q2 2026, we updated the evaluation framework based on 2025 results and chef feedback — while keeping the same goal: objective and consistent slot decisions.

In each quarter:

• We will review your performance every 15 days.
• You will receive 6 bi-weekly snapshots. Check Quarter & Bi-Weekly dates here.
• At the end of the quarter, we look at your overall performance.
• Your final result determines whether your subscription slots:
  • 🌟 Increase
  • 🟰 Maintain
  • 🔻 Decrease

What changed from 2025 - Q1 2026 version

• Fair benchmarking through Reason Why grouping: chefs are evaluated based on culinary identity, not a one-size-fits-all formula.
