Integrating Overloop with Slack allows you to stay on top of your outreach by sending notifications directly to your Slack channels or team members. You can set up both standard notifications and custom workflow-based notifications.

Connect Slack

You can connect your Slack account from the Features & Integrations page in Overloop.

Standard Slack Notifications

Once connected, you can enable standard notifications in Settings > Notifications.

You can choose to be notified when:

• A prospect clicks a link in your email
• A prospect replies to your email
• Another user mentions you in a note
• Your email account is in error and more

For more flexibility, you can send custom notifications to public Slack channels or private messages using Workflows.
