Led a ~$200K enterprise integration program for banks and NBFCs across product, engineering, legal, finance, and sales. Drove delivery governance (sprint planning, RAID logs, UAT frameworks, change control, CBAs) to 100% SLA and regulatory adherence; cut integration cycle from ~60 to ~25 days, reduced defect backlog by 55%, and converted 65% of POC/RFP engagements into paid pilots for clients such as TATA Capital, Ujjivan Small Finance Bank, Canara Bank, TVS Credit, Manappuram, and others. [Flagship project]: Led Setu's 15-month Account Aggregator integration with Federal Bank across 7 organisations and 19 stakeholders, delivering a ~60-second consent-driven loan-decisioning flow within a ~$22K budget envelope.

Senior Account Manager, Cashfree Payments Mar 2022 - Dec 2023

Scaled Cashfree's enterprise book to ~$70M TPV via joint GTM for the easy-split, auto-collect, subscription, and verification suite products; lifted payment success ~12% by acquiring new banking terminals and rolling out a UPI Intent flow. Clients included *CheQ, InCred, Khatabook, OkCredit, Refyne, Wakefit, and Meesho.*

Account Manager - Payments Partnerships, Paytm Jan 2020 - Feb 2022

Drove $1.7M in payment-gateway business by onboarding leading consumer brands: *Dominos, Swiggy, Rapido, Cult.Fit, Jar, Rebelfood* and deepening stickiness via cashback/points campaigns and Paytm mini-app visibility (~20% lift in client user acquisition). Enabled same-day settlement for *NoBroker* and EatSure, supporting $350K revenue.
