Re-imagining a SaaS Web App for Hubler

Hubler helps enterprises build apps to automate their business processes through solutions such as lease/asset management as well as a no-code platform.

Also for some context, I was the only designer on this project and worked on it part time along with college in my 3rd year.

Work Summary

• Worked with the founder, CGO, marketing, product/ops and developer teams to gain insights about the product
• Re-designed the home page of their SaaS Web App to have 7+ new chnages, including dev-handoff and implementation
• Designed various assets and case studies for the website based on existing design system
• Brought visual consistency to multiple pitch decks

Research

• Understanding use cases through case studies presented on the website

• Evaluation of their web app for general users

• Competitor analysis with Zoho, Drona, etc to compare user experience

• Conversations with the founder, CGO, marketing, product/ops and developer teams to gain insights about the product

  

• Trying to gain insight through statistics about usage; for example, I found out that some apps were only being used on the phone and not web which I accounted for while designing the prototypes.
