With over 20 years in tech, I’ve worn many hats- product leader, program manager, software developer and agile coach. I started out knee-deep in Java code, eventually moving on to lead cross-functional teams delivering scalable cloud-native and SaaS solutions for federal agencies and regulated industries. I enjoy breaking down complex problems into manageable pieces, connecting strategy to execution, and leading teams plan and deliver user-centered solutions. Along the way, I’ve picked up certifications like PMP, AWS Cloud Practitioner, Design Thinking, SAFe, and Federal Acquisition certifications PM Level 3 and COR level 3, each reflecting my ongoing commitment to learning and improving.
Outside the world of backlogs and roadmaps, I’m a curious, problem solver who believes every great product and IT systems in general, start with understanding users (and probably a whiteboard). I thrive in collaborative environments, love building high-performing teams, and geek out over methodologies, and continuous improvement practices. If there's a chance to learn something new or optimize a process, count me in, I will bring the sticky notes 😊
