Towards shared community spaces - 2024-2-BE02-KA210-ADU-000294708

<aside> đź’ˇ Welcome to the Towards Shared Spaces Platform!

About the project

The project focuses on developing high-quality shared community spaces as local hubs for socio-cultural professionals, volunteers, and residents. It is based on our concrete local cases and aims to identify practical strategies that support the creation and long-term use of such spaces. With exchanges between partner organisations, the project documents existing best practices, explores new approaches, and highlights the social value of community hubs. Particular attention was given to the involvement of vulnerable adults living in surrounding urban/rural neighbourhoods, to strengthen social inclusion and access to learning opportunities.

Shared community spaces, whats in a name?

About the platform

This space connects partners, practices, tools and ideas.

This platform is the main output of the project. It brings together partner organisations, local case studies and practical resources related to community-based initiatives and shared public spaces. It is designed to serve as an educational tool for networking, exploration, and inspiration across various European contexts associated with the use of public spaces in both urban and rural contexts.

Below you will find different sections presenting the following content:

  1. Presentation of the consortium’s organisations, their case studies and local strategy
  2. A network map ( add short explanation)
