Understanding enables intervention

Our work is motivated by the belief that no child's outcome should be determined by evolutionary processes we failed to understand.

By understanding how cancer cells adapt to treatment, we aim to anticipate and interrupt the processes that lead to relapse, and ultimately improve long-term outcomes for children with cancer.
