Step 1: Start by visiting the **Approach Base.** Here, you’ll find the database of potential clients, along with scripts, proposals, and strategies for outreach.
Step 2: Use the resources in Approach Base to engage with the client. Record your interactions and progress. Don’t forget to take a Meeting Note every time you have a meeting.
Step 3: Once a client is successfully engaged and a deal is in progress, move to the Client Tracker. Upload necessary credentials and documents related to the client.
Step 4: Track the client's journey in the Client Tracker. Update the status (e.g., potential, in progress, or go live) to ensure smooth follow-up and monitoring.

Step 1: Visit the **Client Tracker** for an overview of all active clients.
Step 2: For each client, click on their page at the **Client Tracker** to store or retrieve important credentials and documentation.
Step 3: Follow the General Enterprise Flow for guidelines on managing the project at each stage: pre-development, development, and post-development.
Step 4: Regularly update the client's status and key milestones in the Client Tracker.

Step 1: For every new project, refer to the General Enterprise Flow for the required administrative documents.
Step 2: In the Pre-Development phase, ensure all necessary documents from the General Enterprise Flow are prepared and verified.
Step 3: During the Development phase, adhere to the guidelines in the General Enterprise Flow and update the Client Tracker to reflect progress.
Step 4: Post-development, use the General Enterprise Flow to complete the administrative wrap-up, and transition the client status to "Go Live" in the **Client Tracker.**

Step 2: Customize proposals and outreach strategies using the resources available in Approach Base
Step 3: Document your outreach efforts and progress. Once a positive response is received, move the client details to the Client Tracker for further processing.
Step 4: Track the potential client's journey in the **Client Tracker.** and update it as the relationship develops.
