Get ready to bring the energy to the Micro SaaS Hackathon!

Organized by Google Developers Group Baku, Holberton School Azerbaijan, and GoUP, and powered by the Innovation Digital Development Agency, this is your chance to code, create, and build with fellow innovators in a party atmosphere.

This hackathon is your opportunity to Learn, Connect, and Grow. You’ll dive into Micro SaaS concepts, network with mentors and developers, and challenge yourself to build something new.

The best projects won't stop here—winning teams will get the chance to turn their ideas into real startups. You'll receive support from our network of mentors, experts, and investors to help kick off the next big thing in tech, right here in Baku! 🚀

Success Criteria

To be deemed a winning entry, each project must:

Total Score =(∑Points from Mandatory Criteria+∑Points from Optional Criteria)×Judge’s Score

- Offer solutions for our sponsors - If we have 🙂
Deliver a Functional Prototype (0.3)
- Live-built on site (no pre-built core features).
Articulate Clear Benefits. (0.1)
- Quantify impact (e.g., time saved, utilization uplift, cost reduction, revenue model).
Using Opendata portal to strength your MVP with data. (0.2)
Github push in every hour , at least 6 pushes during the coding (0.4)
*Deploy your project on Cloud Run/Vercel/Githun pages. (+0.2)

Base Co-efficient: All teams start with a potential base co-efficient of 1.0 point by fulfilling the mandatory criteria.
Bonus Co-efficient: Teams can earn an additional +0.4 points by completing the optional criteria.
Maximum Co-efficient: The highest possible co-efficient a team can achieve is 1.4 points.

The final judge's score will be multiplied by the team's total co-efficient (ranging from 1.0 to 1.4) to determine the team's final ranking.
