Quick Shake & Breathe Reset60 seconds to shift the energy
Both sitting in chairs
Shake Out (30 seconds):
- Keep butts in chairs
- Start shaking just your hands - like you're flicking water off
- Add shoulders - shimmy them
- Wiggle your whole upper body
- Make it silly - let faces be weird
- Shake shake shake everything you can while sitting
- "Shaking off everyone else's stuff!"
Stop - Notice the buzz
Power Breathing (20 seconds):
- 3 sharp inhales through nose (sniff-sniff-sniff)
- 1 long exhale through mouth "HAAAAAA"
- Repeat 3 times
- Getting more oxygen to your Sacral
