Daily
- [ ] Give continued feedback to your team and make notes
Weekly or bi-weekly
- [ ] Have 1:1's with all team members (template)
- [ ] Check on PTO/leave, progress, goals, blockers, etc.
- [ ] Relate, care and check vibe/morale
- [ ] If you are hiring: spend time on hiring
Monthly
- [ ] Flag any performance concerns with the People Team
- [ ] Check in with the People Team about hiring plan
Quarterly
- [ ] Do something fun with your team (reach out to Finance in advance, per policy)
- [ ] Do personnel planning based on roadmap
- [ ] Check in with your team about their professional development - and encourage them to use their professional development budget!
- [ ] Check in with everyone on your team about their growth, ambitions, and career trajectory (template) — you don’t need to gather 360 feedback for this, but have the conversation!
