• Ampicillin 100mg/mL Stock Solution
• Sterile 50mL Tube

Step By Step

1. To a 50mL tube, add 50mL of LB Broth (Miller Mod)
2. Add 50uL of Ampicillin 100mg/mL Stock Solution
3. Vortex to mix
