- Service Hours: Mon–Fri, 9 AM–5 PM (off-hours available with Plus Rate)
- Pricing: $50-62.50/hr depending on service type and plan
- Payment: Due within 24 hours of service (3% credit card fee, 1.5% ACH fee)
- Cancellation: 7+ days = no fee | 24-48 hrs = 75% fee | <24 hrs = 100% fee
- Lockout Fee: $50 + 100% of service cost if we can't access your home
