📋 Important Notice: By scheduling services with Karma Diva Green Cleaning, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agree to all terms, policies, and procedures outlined in this guide. Please read through all sections before your first appointment.

• Service Hours: Mon–Fri, 9 AM–5 PM (off-hours available with Plus Rate)
• Pricing: $50-62.50/hr depending on service type and plan
• Payment: Due within 24 hours of service (3% credit card fee, 1.5% ACH fee)
• Cancellation: 7+ days = no fee | 24-48 hrs = 75% fee | <24 hrs = 100% fee
• Lockout Fee: $50 + 100% of service cost if we can't access your home
