Organizing services are designed to improve functionality, accessibility, and ease of maintenance by creating practical systems tailored to the client's lifestyle and goals.
Organizing services may include categorizing belongings, improving storage systems, creating designated homes for items, reducing visual clutter, and establishing sustainable maintenance routines.
Organizing projects are collaborative in nature.
Clients are encouraged to communicate priorities, preferences, and concerns before and during the organizing process. Project outcomes are often influenced by the client's level of participation and decision-making.
Karma Diva team members do not make ownership decisions on behalf of clients.
The Client remains responsible for determining whether items should be retained, donated, recycled, relocated, or discarded unless otherwise authorized in writing.
When ownership, placement, usefulness, sentimental value, or disposal decisions are unclear, items may be placed in a designated Review Area for client review.
Items placed in a Review Area will not be discarded, donated, or permanently relocated without client approval.
