The Jane.ai mission has three main deliverables:
Allied health practitioners (physios, massage therapists, counsellors, chiropractors, and many more) spend hours every day on admin: charting, claims, scheduling, and follow-ups.
Today 200,000+ practitioners across 65,000+ clinics in Canada, the US, the UK, and 50+ more countries rely on Jane.
Jane.ai is also a team, who are tasked with and accountable for delivering this mission.
The Jane.ai team operates with some autonomy within Jane, and collaborates with Jane.app in the pursuit of its mission. We chose to set up Jane.ai as an autonomous team in order to enable it to compete on level terms with the hungriest of startups, while carrying an “unfair advantage” that is Jane as it currently exists: its product, people, customers, data, brand trust, etc.
The success of Jane.app and Jane.ai are linked. We hope to create a symbiotic relationship whereby both sides are empowered with the best means to deliver with urgency, focus, and accountability all that is needed to turn Jane into a “lasting AI-first offering that is the leader in our industry”.
