Name: enter a title for your notification.
Status: indicates the current status of the notification:
⚫ Draft: notification is saved but not sent. ⚠️ Error: no recipients - sending failed due to missing recipient list. 🟢 Success: notification was sent successfully (doesn’t indicate that user got the message, indicates that the system sent it) . 🔴 Error: sending failed due to a system or delivery error. ⚠️ Error: Date cannot be in the past - scheduled time is invalid. 🟡 In Progress: notification is currently being sent. ⚠️ Errors occurred during sending: some messages failed to send, partial deliver
Send time: auto-filled when the notification is launched.
Object: the section or entity used for macro configuration.
Record name: name of the selected record (populated when you choose a record).
Record Id: select a specific record using the [Select record] button if you want the notification to be tied to a particular record.

Audience: this detail allows you to define who will receive the notification. Click the [+] button to add participants.
You can choose:
Contacts: select one or more individual contacts from the section [Contacts].
