HousingAnywhere is a global rental platform that connects tenants with landlords, primarily for mid- to long-term stays.
Its internal teams — Customer Support, Finance, Trust & Safety, Sales, and Marketing — use a custom Admin Panel (Front Office application) to manage bookings, support tenants and landlords throughout their rental journey, and handle payments.
As the product designer, I was responsible for improving HousingAnywhere's Admin Panel. Over the years, the tool had grown without a clear structure or ownership, leading to confusing navigation, missing data, and excessive manual work.
My main focus for the last 3 years was analyzing internal workflows and approaches with daily tasks, finding pain points, and redesigning the internal Admin Panel system to streamline their tasks.
As a result, the Admin Panel evolved into a central tool for daily operations, helping teams work more efficiently while reducing time spent and errors.

Led a redesign by gathering all available backend data, organizing it into logical clusters, and running card-sorting sessions with internal users to validate priorities.
