In the admin panel of HousingAnywhere, the User Page is essential for internal teams like Sales, Support, and Finance to access key data about tenants and landlords.

My Role

I led a redesign by gathering all available backend data, organizing it into logical clusters, and running card-sorting sessions with internal users to validate priorities.

The result is a tabbed layout with role-based access, reusable UI patterns (tables, metrics, cards), and scalable structure.

Problem

Previously, the page was an unstructured mess. Data was hard to find or missing.

In the original version data was all in one long scroll, with no structure, and lots of gaps. Most teams just memorized where things were.

Approach

We ran a moderated card sorting exercise with internal teams. This helped us understand priorities from the perspective of Sales, Support, Finance, Customer Support, etc.
