Note:

This testing cycle taught me that creating a simple test plan first was essential for moving from random checks to a focused validation strategy. My exploratory testing on QUESTMAX identified foundational bugs in its AI and progression systems, highlighting how early structured investigation pinpoints core issues before they reach users. I improved defect reporting with clear reproduction steps and user-impact analysis, making them immediately actionable for developers. A key takeaway was designing integration test cases like back-button navigation to proactively catch regressions where features interact. I also advanced risk management by identifying environmental constraints like trial account limits before they impacted testing. Building on this foundation, I extended my expertise into Selenium WebDriver automation, engineering solutions for scenarios: an HTTP Basic Authentication tester that embeds credentials in URLs to bypass browser popups and return machine-readable validation data for CI/CD integration, and a JavaScript alert handler for Selenium's alert interface through rigorous multi-scenario testing across fifteen input types including text, special characters, empty strings, and cancellation flows. Moving forward, I will plan smoke test suites early in product lifecycles to ensure efficient regression coverage and faster feedback, ensuring that whether through manual exploration or automated validation, I consistently deliver exceptional user experiences.
