Who you are

High-leverage, high-autonomy. You work directly with the CEO across everything that isn't product engineering: strategy, investor relations, events, operations. You're the person who makes a 5-person startup move like a 20-person one.

The profile we're looking for

• A growth operator at heart: you've driven traction, not just planned it.
• Zero-to-one startup experience, ideally having lived a growth phase firsthand (as a founder or early team member).
• Comfortable owning ambiguity: you turn vague goals into concrete execution.
• Ready to make an impact where it counts today: landing design partners, running GTM initiatives, events & community, and building the go-to-market pipeline as we scale.
