The “Email Report Management” is a function to configure the Data Report to send via Email daily or monthly.

1. It shows the Email Reports in the Company. Select one to see the details and update it.
2. Each Email Report has:
   1. Report Type: PDF or CSV
   2. Period: Daily or Monthly
   3. Measured Parameter
   4. Measurement Points
   5. Users to receive the report

User can create / update / delete the Email Report if the User Permission is allowed.

1. Input Name.
2. Select Type
   1. PDF
   2. CSV
3. Select Period *
   1. Weekly
   2. Monthly
4. Select Measured Parameter
5. Select multiple Measurement Points
6. Select Users to receive the email report

• Weekly report will be sent at 8:00 AM in UTC every Monday. Monthly report will be sent at 8:00 AM in UTC every 1st of the month.
