Implementation guidelines

These guidelines aim to explain the different provisions of the new Copyright Directive and make suggestions on what to advocate for during the implementation process of those provisions at national level. COMMUNIA partnered with different organizations for the creation of these guidelines.

Implementation status per member state

The following page contains links to a tracking page for every EU Member State. These tracking pages aim to provide information on the status of the implementation of the new Copyright Directive in all EU Member States. These pages are maintained by members of the COMMUNIA team and/or local organisations and individuals, with whom COMMUNIA is partnering to collect information pertaining to each national implementation process.
