I made a customer journey to see the pain-points a beginner writer encounters when trying to start writing. I based this information on my own experience and the answers from my survey and Reddit research.

Conclusion

The pain-points from the beginning writers are:

• Are feeling demotivated, because the user aren't getting the help they need.
• Gives up when trying to start researching everything they need to know about whats needed to start writing.
• Are feeling uncertain in the work they are making and they are not able to ask for help.

These are important pain-points I want to solve with my product.
