How do we measure to know we are on the right track?

At WunderGraph, we expect our team to share feedback as often as possible. As we are still a close knit team, a lot of the feedback is done in honest 1:1 conversations and during fireside chats when we meet for retreats and workweeks. However, there are other ways in which we measure and take the pulse of the team during the year, to make sure we account for all voices.
