What is WunderVision?

WunderVision is our bi-annual engagement survey. We ****run it twice a year:

• End of Q1 (March)
• End of Q3 (September)

It’s one of the more formal and in depth ways we listen, learn, and improve as a company.

Why we run it

You’ve likely heard of employee engagement. At its core:

Engagement is the level of enthusiasm, connection, and commitment people have to their work and to WunderGraph.

👉 Engagement is an outcome of what we do every day, as a team. It is not a metric that can be solely run by Leadership or the People team, it needs every single one of us pushing in the same direction.

We want our team to feel motivated, engaged to build innovative products while shaping a successful career with us. This is why we are actively focusing on building a team where we:

• create real growth opportunities. As WunderGraph grows, we grow together.
• build a transparent culture
• design roles that set people up for success
• no micromanagement, we want our team to have autonomy and high ownership
• have high expectations from our leadership team and our managers, with real accountability for outcomes and culture
