TL;DR

• Bring together web3 Community Managers, Leaders, Builders to discuss “What is Community in web3”
• Open source a curriculum for onboarding the next wave of Community Builders in web3
• Open cohort application
• Accept 50-100 applications
• Find web3 companies to sponsor cohorts ( revenue model $$)
• Curriculum to be 3-4 week program
  • CMS with written and video content
  • Course projects
  • 3x weekly workshops with teachers and mentors
  • Working groups
• 2 week apprenticeship
  • We curate a waitlist of web3 projects that will experiment with new community managers
  • We deploy them on their first “tour of duty” and place these candidates
    • These will be primarily Junior level Community professionals to start
  • These apprentices come back to Discord to get advice and mentorship
• Upon completion of bootcamp and apprenticeship, we send POAPs/ NFTs
