Retreat Every eight months we travel to a single location for a week of activities, creative work, and social bonding.

Monthly meeting All-hands meeting to update on the KPIs, OKRs, celebrate the last month's achievements, give visibility on what comes next month, and make announcements.
Retrospective Every two weeks we look back at the past to identify how we can improve in the future. This is done separately by each team.
One-on-one: A 45-minute meeting between the manager and each of their team members for bottom-up feedback, open-ended discussions, and follow-up on personal growth.
Donut: A random optional cross-team meeting of 3 to create bonds in the company. Donut leads the event. It’s meant to be fun, to not talk about work.
Stand-up: Every Monday morning, we update our peers on what we have done in the previous week and what we plan on doing during the following one. This is done asynchronously on Slack on your team channel.
