All buildings that can be constructed with the Construct Building action are listed here. There are three categories of building: Economic, Civic and Military.
Each building has a Build Cost, Upkeep, and provides a benefit as described.
The Build Cost must be paid immediately upon taking the ⭕Construct Building action, with the Resources available to your Realm on that turn. At the start of the next turn the building will have finished construction and begins to take Resources in Upkeep on that turn, and every following turn.
All buildings take up 1 available Building Slot in a Settlement, starting from the moment the ⭕Construct Building action is taken.
Build cost: 1 Materials 🪵 3 Wealth 🪙
Upkeep: 2 Materials 🪵
Benefit: May go into -1 Wealth 🪙 without adverse effects.
Vast vaults and cunning financiers keep coin flowing even in dire times. Your Realm may have -1 Wealth 🪙 in available Resources, without triggering any adverse effects due to Upkeep.
Build cost: 2 Materials 🪵
Upkeep: 1 Materials 🪵
Benefit: +1 Food 🌾
