At FightPandemics, we believe in providing a safe, positive, and inclusive environment for co-creation. As a do-ocracy, we love autonomy and self-determination. One of the best qualities an ambassador can have is the intuition to jump in where needed. This includes attending meetings, recruiting/supporting new joiners, providing suggestions/feedback, or participating wholeheartedly in our collaborative processes. As a meritocracy, we believe that our actions speak louder than words. FP goes beyond titles and structure to provide an environment where our contributions speak for themselves. We believe in humility and that by focusing on what is best for the entire community, we can all contribute to the success, health and future of this vital initiative!

Ambassador Best Practices

• FightPandemics (FP) expects all ambassadors to abide by the Ambassador Etiquette Guidelines in all community channels, calls, events and in-person–as well as in all one-on-one communications pertaining to FP.
• Should any of FP's Ambassador Etiquette Guidelines be violated, FP has the right and responsibility to remove the violating party from the ambassador program. FP also has the right to temporarily or permanently ban ambassadors for behaviors that we deem inappropriate, threatening, offensive, or harmful, effective immediately without any additional communication.
