Snoozing auto-launch

Auto-launch is helpful when you're working, but it can quickly become annoying when you're relaxing at your computer and don't want to time sessions. For example, you might be watching a movie, chatting with a friend, or surfing the web for fun. 🏄️

If you don’t want Lifeline to automatically launch sessions for a while, select one of the other options from the dropdown. These will temporarily disable auto-launch for the chosen period:

⚠️ Snoozing auto-launch does not override manual control of Lifeline; you can still start and stop sessions yourself.

💪 Using auto-launch to track everything automatically

When you set auto-launch to zero minutes, Lifeline will start sessions for you as soon as you do anything on your computer. Configuring it this way is helpful to avoid launching your sessions manually or to track every minute you spend at your computer.
