This UX case study, part of the UX Design Institute diploma, involved user research, analysis, wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity design. It focused on creating a smooth flight booking experience for the fictional low-cost airline, with developer-ready screens that emphasize usability, accessibility, and consistency.
