Run Context
Manual rerun requested after consolidating stale Nick Agentforce blocker pages and updating the local daily KB drift workflow. This report should supersede the Nick item in the earlier Daily KB follow-up and drift scan - 2026-06-01, but not replace the remaining real follow-up lanes.
Live Checks Run
- SAIL KB live count at 2026-06-01 15:05 UTC: Needs Follow-up 268, In Progress 39, source
get_live_status_count().
- Salesforce Bot metadata check against
LITIFY_ORG: Nick_Attorney_Hub_Agent is present alongside Litify_Conflict_Check_Agent and Litify_Matter_Summary_Agent.
- Sitemap spot check:
sitemap_index.xml, page-sitemap.xml, and post-sitemap.xml all returned HTTP 200 with XML content.
- Local automation prompt and automation memory already contain the Nick downgrade rule and point to the cleanup manifest at
admin/handoff-audit/nick-agentforce-superseded-blockers-2026-06-01.md.
Top Pressing Items
- Litify attribution and GCLID propagation remains the top operational risk. The current Daily Litify attribution GCLID propagation, 2026-06-01 says the command-lane runner did not complete, while mailbox evidence showed newer leads missing GCLID/UTM context. Next useful move is a clean rerun of the canonical propagation runner, followed by live Litify validation before any data writes.
- Google Ads attribution repair is import-ready but approval-gated. The Google Ads attribution repair run, 2026-06-01 preserved 13 production rows ready for import and quarantined
INT-26042754516; it also flagged Spanish and Lexington spend with no conversions. No budget or keyword changes were made in this rerun.
- CallRail Google Ads OAuth is still unresolved. The 2026-05-31 session export verified CallRail API health, but the Google Ads integration lane still failed; this should be treated as OAuth repair, not generic API health troubleshooting.
- Lead delivery and Teams notification durability still need repair. The 2026-05-31 session export moved 8 website leads from Junk to Inbox and identified a suspended Power Automate Teams workflow. That remains operationally important because new lead alerts can be missed even when the website form itself works.
- Skills repo reconciliation remains open. The earlier daily report and 2026-05-31 session export point to draft
sail-skills PR #6 and Tier 1/Tier 2 reconciliation work. This remains a workflow-risk item because future routines depend on synced skill behavior.
- Nick Agentforce is no longer a blocker. Current evidence is the canonical closure page, the deployed Bot metadata in Salesforce, and the completed cleanup of older Nick publish-timeout pages. Future scans should only reopen Nick if a newer live check contradicts the verified deployment state.
Drift Notes
- The false Nick blocker has been consolidated. Older publish-timeout, ETIMEDOUT, missing Bot metadata, and Studio rehydration notes should remain historical and not inflate the live blocker queue.
- Sitemap health looks green from this spot check, but GSC or scheduled routine errors may still need their own rerun if Search Console auth was the actual failure.
- NotFair access should not be treated as blocked based on older notes; the earlier same-day report already treated it as verified unless a newer tool failure appears.
- CallRail API health and CallRail Google Ads OAuth are separate lanes. A healthy API check does not clear the OAuth blocker.
