A month-long popup city on Port Island where we co-design the world's first SuperCity for frontier biotech — longevity, human augmentation, and the future we actually want to live in.

What this is, in one paragraph

We're bringing the smartest people we know — that's you — to Port Island in Kobe from October 1st to 31st, 2026. We'll work together to figure out what regulations, incentives, and infrastructure Japan needs to become the best place on Earth to deploy frontier biotech. We'll make enough media noise to get the Japanese government to pay attention. And we'll close it out with a fashion show that makes longevity look like the aspirational thing it actually is.

Japan has the infrastructure, the demand (oldest population on Earth), the research talent (Yamanaka, Koto), and — thanks to new PM Sanae Takaichi and a landslide legislative majority — the political window to get this done. We just need to make it easy for them.

Why now

🇯🇵 Political window is open. Takaichi's government has the power (and stated intent) to push frontier tech regulation through. This is the moment.
🏛️ Partnerships locked. KBIC (a Kobe SEZ), University of Kobe, Portopia Hotel, PMDA regulatory experts, and real estate partners are all in.
🧬 20+ advanced therapies already deployed in Japan under existing pathways. We know it works — we just need to scale it.
💸 Houses for $2K–$20K. Japan is stupidly affordable if you know where to look. Early residents get priority on home subsidies.
