To send a new MBC assessment, open your client’s dashboard and go to the Assessments tab. Click Send Assessment to begin.
From the list of available tools, choose the assessment you’d like to send. Then set how often the client should complete it:
You can also include an optional note to help the client understand why you're sending the request. Once you’ve reviewed your selections, click Send Request.
Recurring assessments will be delivered automatically—no need to track or resend them manually.
Once your client completes an assessment, it will appear automatically in their Assessments tab.
Click any completed assessment to view:
This gives you a clear view of how your client is progressing and helps support data-informed decisions—without requiring manual scoring or interpretation.
Clients receive assessment requests directly in their Allia mobile app. When you send a new assessment, it appears on their home screen along with the due date and any notes you included.
They’ll also receive reminders to complete the assessment on time. All tools are designed to be fast and intuitive to complete on mobile—reducing friction and increasing completion rates.
