Meel Planner

This template allows you to first, create your own book of recipes. You will then be able, before you go shopping at the supermarket, to select the recipes you want to cook. The template will then, shows you the ingredients you need for those recipes !

This template is extendable, you can add the necessary doses for each ingredient if you want. I preferred to keep it simple though.

While you shop in the supermarket, you can check the ingredients you already have in your cart (or at home), allowing you to focus only on the essential (the ingredients you need).
