By purchasing or downloading Zioketski’s digital products, you are agreeing to the following terms.
【#1】No redistribution. Do NOT redistribute or resell assets or textures, unless on a completed avatar model. Users who purchase models with these assets, asset parts, and/or textures are NOT permitted to reuse them for any purpose, unless they purchase a license from zioketski.gumroad.com.
【#2】Credit Zioketski. Credit Zioketski if used commercially. Do not claim as your own.
【#3】Respect the TOU listed at the bottom of each asset's respective Gumroad page. Some may be used on free & nitro avatars/packages, while some may not.
【#4】No refunds. Please understand that Zioketski does NOT offer refunds on digital goods, due to their intangible nature.
【#5】Information required. You must provide your complete Discord username (ex: User#0001) when purchasing or downloading paid assets. If you do not have a Discord account, you must instead provide a user or contact most closely tied to your use of the asset.
【#6】Gift appropriately. If you are purchasing an asset as a gift for another user, you must use Gumroad's gifting function & provide the appropriate information for the giftee (recipient) at checkout. Do NOT use server-free codes to gift products to other users.
【#7】Price appropriately. When using Zioketski’s assets for commercial avatars/packages, the average selling price of the avatar must be more than the combined cost of all my assets used on the model unless otherwise agreed upon.
【#8】Restricted edits. Do NOT modify Zioketski’s assets to be NSFW, to resemble lingerie, nor to appeal to a sexual fetish or otherwise invoke sexual gratification. (Do not sexualize Zioketski’s work.)
❌【Mods/Ports】❌ Zioketski does NOT allow assets to be sold or redistributed as mods or other game ports, unless on a completed avatar model. Paid assets can NOT be used on models marketed for games in which, upon uploading the model, the model’s files are directly accessible to players.
~【Free Packages】~ Unless stated otherwise on the product page, assets cannot be used in free packages, where users have access to the files directly.
✅【Public Avatars】✅ Assets may be used on avatars that are public, so long as the files are not directly accessible.

【#3】Do NOT upload publicly. Do NOT upload to other accounts. Do NOT upload to games where avatar files are directly accessible to users.
【#4】Credit me. Credit Zioketski if you use the model(s) for social media, streaming, showcases, or other commercial uses. Do NOT claim as your own.
【#5】No refunds. Please understand that Zioketski does NOT offer refunds on digital goods, due to their intangible nature.
【#6】Information required. You must provide your complete Discord username (ex: User#0001) and VRChat Username when purchasing or downloading avatars. If you do not have an account for either, you must instead provide a user or contact most closely tied to your use of the avatar.
【#8】Gift appropriately. If you are purchasing an avatar as a gift for another user, you must use Gumroad's gifting function & provide the appropriate information for the giftee (recipient) at checkout.
【#9】Do NOT affiliate avatars with controversy. Do NOT use (the) avatar(s) for malicious, religious, political, sexual, or illegal purposes, such as but not limited to: hate speech, bullying, adding NSFW features to the avatar, delivering e-sermons & political speeches, and promoting piracy.
Do NOT use any showcase media, nor any depictions of Zioketski’s work, to promote illegal activity such as, but not limited to, digital piracy, nor to deceive others into believing the work is your own. (Advertising transformative work is permitted, with due credit.)
Showcase media may ONLY be used to appropriately promote product(s) with due credit.
“Nitro-Exclusives” refers to assets that are only available to download from discord.gg/zioketski, or direct interactions with Zioketski, via the official accounts listed below.
“Paid Asset(s)” refers to asset(s) that are listed under a sale price greater than $0 at zioketski.gumroad.com, and Nitro-Exclusives.
”Showcase Media” refers to images, gifs, videos, and all other media released by Zioketski depicting Zioketski’s work. This includes Gumroad previews and advertisements, TikTok shorts, YouTube videos, work-in-progress images, etc.
All of Zioketski’s creations (models, textures, designs, & renders) are protected by copyright law. The ONLY way to legally obtain and use Zioketski’s assets is by downloading/purchasing/receiving via gifting function from https://zioketski.gumroad.com/, by downloading them directly from discord.gg/zioketski, or other direct interactions with Zioketski, via the official accounts listed below.
Users are not permitted to share discount codes, nor to utilize discount codes shared by any user besides Zioketski, via the official accounts listed below.
