• Shipped your first feature to users - wooo! 🎉
• Been able to help with support queries
• Learned to keep scope manageable through efficient planning
• Improved your QA defect rate through deep knowledge of the zeroheight product

After 6 months, you will have:

• Released several major features
• Gained ownership of a few product areas
• Picked up broad knowledge of the design tool landscape and where zeroheight fits in
• Onboarded teammates and helped create processes
