I scoped an ambiguous “add AI into existing workflow” brief and designed assistive AI into 2 high-usage workflows involving teacher–parent communication, enabling faster, clearer communication by supporting teachers in drafting, refining, and using intelligent message cues, without compromising classroom constraints or teacher control.
This directly influenced daily parent trust and subscription value across schools in Singapore, China, Malaysia, and the Philippines.
