value: delicious and worth the cash, bonus if cheap
originality: unique, not bread you can find everywhere
convenience: consider location, lines, hours, payment methods
crumb fallout: can you eat this in public? crumbs, falls apart, oily, etc
picky approval: enjoyable for all - even the fellow picky eaters (like me)
