Yellow is a space for generative and regenerative learning.

Generative

By generative we mean creating (or 'generating') something that doesn't yet exist - not transmitting information that does.

This includes new questions, ideas, language, insights, initiatives, interventions, projects or solutions to live issues. Tools and models may come up as part of this, but they are not primary.

Learning to cope with complexity means taking context into account.

Often, the most important part of that context is you.

Which is why Yellow works with the whole person - the professional and the personal.

This is different to most programmes, workshops or training courses.

Normally they are consciously (or unconsciously) based on expertise.

But no-one can be an expert in you.

Yellow is about making or discovering new connections for yourself.

'Joining the dots' as our participants put it.

Or ‘catching a glimpse of yourself’ as another one said.

Sometimes this is about action. Often it is about new ways of looking or understanding.
