Job Description
Responsibilities
- Work with CMO to develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customers number
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
- Contact and work with KOLs, influencers, VCs, investors and media partners to promote project within their community as well as followers segment
- Keep records of number of users, revenue, DAU, ARPU, invoices etc.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
- Create collaboration proposal and build long-term relationships with new and existing partners
Requirements
- Experience working as a business development a relevant role is an advantage
- Proficiency in English (writing, reading, listening and speaking)
- Experience in customer support is a plus
- Global market knowledge and intermediate research skill
- Communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build rapport
- Time management and planning skills
- BSc/BA in business administration, marketing or relevant field
