About the Role
We’re looking for a Strategic Product Manager who thrives at the intersection of customer insight, product vision, and execution. In this role, you’ll shape the direction of Wrangle’s ticketing and workflow platform by defining roadmap strategy and guiding our engineering team toward high-impact outcomes.
You’ll partner closely with customers and leadership to deeply understand user needs, identify opportunities, and translate them into clear product priorities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex puzzles, thinking several steps ahead, and making smart trade-offs in a fast-moving startup environment.

What you'll do
- Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and own the product roadmap, aligning it with company goals, customer needs, and market opportunities
- Customer Insight: Directly engage with customers to uncover pain points and validate solutions
- Execution Leadership: Work closely with engineering and design to translate strategy into well-defined features and deliverables
- Prioritization & Tradeoffs: Make informed decisions about what to build, and what not to build, balancing speed, impact, and resources
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a central hub between engineering and leadership
- Product Adoption & Impact: Ensure new features drive measurable value and adoption across the customer base
- Continuous Discovery: Run experiments, gather feedback, and iterate quickly to improve the product
Who you are
- 3+ years of product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or a startup environment. Bonus points if you've:
- Worked on products that have ticketing, AI, and no-code or workflow capabilities.
- Familiarity with Slack-based platforms or integrations
- Technical background or experience building AI apps.
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills. You can clearly articulate vision, priorities, and trade-offs
